App Store Purchases

Purchase and restore help

  • Use Restore Purchases in the Rilev pricing or subscription screen if an App Store purchase does not appear.
  • Subscriptions purchased through Apple are managed in iOS Settings under your Apple Account subscriptions.
  • If Apple shows a completed charge but Rilev did not unlock access, email support with the approximate purchase date and product shown by Apple. Do not send your Rilev Access Key.

Crisis and emergency boundary

Rilev is not an emergency service and does not monitor responses in real time. If you may hurt yourself or someone else, call emergency services now. In the United States or Canada, call or text 988 for crisis support. If you are outside those regions, contact your local emergency number or crisis line.
