Privacy choices and data deletion for Rilev.
This page is the public privacy choices URL for Rilev. It summarizes how to delete data, revoke optional permissions, disconnect AI integrations, and contact us about privacy.
Delete account and report data
Use the Delete My Data control in Rilev settings when you can access your account. If you cannot access the app, email privacy support with the User ID or report reference shown in your records.
Revoke Apple Health / HealthKit access
On iOS, open Settings or the Health app, review Data Access & Devices, select Rilev, and turn off the HealthKit categories you no longer want to share.
Disconnect ChatGPT or other AI apps
Open Rilev Settings, go to Connected AI Apps, and disconnect the integration. ChatGPT access is read-only and expires unless you reconnect.
Manage browser storage
You can clear browser cookies, local storage, and IndexedDB data from your browser settings. In-progress assessment backups stored on your device are cleared when sessions complete or are exited without saving.
Manage App Store purchases
Apple manages App Store subscriptions and payment methods. Use iOS Settings under your Apple Account subscriptions for cancellation and renewal controls.
Understand retention limits
Some limited legal, safety, payment, security, or already de-identified aggregate records may be retained where required or where we can no longer link them to an account.
What to include in a request
- Your User ID or report reference if you have one. Do not send your Rilev Access Key.
- The privacy action you want: access, deletion, correction, consent withdrawal, HealthKit question, or ChatGPT disconnection support.
- Enough information for us to verify ownership without exposing sensitive assessment content.
