How do I access my assessment and book?
If you purchased through Shopify, use the private assessment link sent by email after checkout and sign in when prompted. Your progress is saved after each completed session. Once the assessment is complete, use your Rilev access to return to your measured results and Personalized Self-Development Book. Keep your Access Key safe; optional recovery works only when it was set up in advance.
Can I delete my data?
Use the "Delete My Data" feature in your account or follow Privacy Choices. For help, contact privacy@rilev.com without sending your Access Key, private assessment link, or results. Do not combine an anonymous account identifier with your Shopify order details.
Do you offer refunds?
For book purchases, read the Shopify store's refund policy, including its conditions for cancellation requests and damaged books. Contact support with your order number, without attaching your assessment results or book. For other Rilev purchases, see our Terms of Service. Your applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
Can I share my book with a therapist or coach?
Yes. You control what leaves your account. You can share your Personal Development Book, its professional summary, or only the pages you choose. Rilev does not automatically send your book or assessment results to a therapist, coach, employer, or gift purchaser.
What does the Rilev assessment measure?
Rilev uses validated self-report instruments across a four-layer framework to measure signals related to mood, attention, pressure, sleep, traits, regulation, relationships, meaning, and other life domains. It examines direct outcomes together with cross-measure patterns, then uses that evidence to shape your Personalized Self-Development Book. These signals are non-diagnostic.
